  • Starting therapy can be intimidating. You might have reached a point where you know you want a change in your life, but are unsure how to make this change. You may be struggling to manage your mood, thinking, behaviour or relationships in some way. Or you might even be in a crisis or a great deal of pain.

  • My therapy style is based around empathy and respect; it is very important for me to listen to you so that I can try to really step into your world. This helps me better understand what you are going through and what you would like to improve in your life so that we can work together to make a meaningful change.

  • Depending on what you are experiencing, I might help you to observe and accept difficult thoughts and feelings, examine old repeating patterns in life and relationships, challenge current thinking patterns, or focus on healing from trauma.

  • Psychologists help people through life’s normal challenges. As a Clinical Psychologist, I’ve received additional specialised training so that I can not only assist with people's general difficulties in life, but also more significant struggles
  • with mental health. I have been lucky enough to work with many different
  • people and issues over the past 20 years, providing a wealth of experience
  • to draw upon when helping others. We can look at a number of different therapy
  • styles to find the most suitable treatment option for you.
